1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or return. To be eligible:
- The item must have been purchased directly from our website
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in their original packaging (opened products are accepted under our satisfaction guarantee)
- You must provide your order number and reason for return
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request, email us at amazoniafuel@amazoniafuel.com with the subject line "Return Request – Order #[your order number]" and include:
- Your full name and email used at checkout
- Order number
- Reason for return or dissatisfaction
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product)
- If your package was lost in transit, we will reship your order or issue a full refund
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party retailers
- Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago
- Gift cards
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at amazoniafuel@amazoniafuel.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. International Returns
For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
